 Hi there I've been meaning to email you since I purchased from you but my emails always seem to take a while!! I apologise. I joined as a member on 27th January 2011 and wonder when my next bill is due and subsequent oil to be delivered. I was wondering whether it would be at all possilble to try the gel instead and whether this provides the same formulation as the oil. I am trying to find some food for my hair in the day because it is curly and needs some sort of serum type stuff, so the gel may be better. I only use natural products and this is why I am so drawn to your information and products. The shampoo is just gorgeous btw :) thank you for sending it as a trial. My story is this... I purchased the oil from you I think in 2008 late or early 2009 whilst I was residing in Japan. Unfortunately at that time I was unwell and suffering with alopecia. Despite loosing my hair I felt the difference in the oil and then I was given a complimentary gel to try, which I found to be better. With little hair I felt cold applying the oil overnight and the gel was better at dealing with this. Alas I lost all my hair and finally left Japan and headed back to the UK where I started to rebuild my life and get my hair back. I did write to tell you this so I am not sure whether you recall such an email amongst the 1000s you must receive. I did say that I would purchase again once I grew back my hair. I finally have hair now :) ;) :) and a lot of it because its curly and I wanted to use the oil again, which is why I purchased again in January 2011. My hair has doubled in thickness and growing fast since I started to use it and even the patches of loss have started to appear after being stubborn :) to return. Thank you so much for promoting such great products and wonderful information to help educate people on what they are using. Can you tell me about the comb you supply also? I now work in a hair clinic in the UK - destiny I think so...maybe one day I will be able to sell your products. I hope to hear from you soon with regards to the gel and comb.
